Scenario
The Garvey sisters are bound together by their parents' deaths and a promise to always protect each other… Sharon Horgan (Eva) is the sister of former Irish rugby player Shane Horgan. Eve Hewson (Becka) is the daughter of Bono from U2.
This is a great show!!!
Brian Gleeson (Thomas) is the son of actor Brendan Gleeson and brother of actor Domhnall Gleeson. He appears in Jeremy Vine: Episode #5.195 (2022). I heard about it in the NY Times and have seen a few series that Sharon Horgan was in and loved them all, and this is no exception!
Highly recommended series
It has bits of everything; comedy, drama, mystery, a little dating/romance. Really enjoy the way this story is told. I’m hooked.
I’ll have to check this out
It reminds me a bit of Big Little Lies or whatever that HBO series was, but it’s much more fun to watch and the characters that connect with them. It’ll be interesting to see if it’s a one-off series given the plot. The cast is great so I’m going to give it another season.
