Starting with the worst part: the script is completely hollow and the humor is just dull, without any trace of wit
I had the chance to see this movie at an advance screening and I’m glad I didn’t have to pay for it because it was really mediocre. The vulgarity is omnipresent, which wouldn’t be a problem if there was at least some finesse, but no, it’s just vulgarity for the sake of vulgarity, probably aimed at appealing to a certain type of audience.
In short, there’s not much to say about this French comedy
Sure, Michel Larocque and Gerard Darmon are experienced actors with nothing to prove, but what were they doing in this disaster? The pleasant surprise, however, is the male lead, who I didn’t know before, but he gives a solid performance and adds some value to the film.
